Afternoon Ceremony:

1.00pm – 3.00pmCheck-in
1.00pm – 3.00pmGowning and photography
3.15pmRehearsal for graduands in Grand Hall
3.45pmGuests allowed into Grand Hall
4.00pmCeremony starts

It is anticipated that the ceremony will end at around 5.15pm.

It is anticipated that the ceremony will end at around 8.45pm.

Check-in:  Check-in should take around 15 minutes, and you can do this anytime between the times noted above.  The earlier you check in the more time you will have to arrange photographs before the ceremony starts.

You should enter the City Halls via the main entrance located on Candleriggs.  Upon entry you will be directed to the check-in desk where you will receive your seat number and information regarding gowns and photography
