ACS CCN1 DOMESTIC GAS - TRAINING & ASSESSMENT/REASSESSMENT
This BPEC Gas Safety training course is for candidates looking to complete/renew their CCN1 initial assessment. The course includes gas pipework, gas supply, combustion, appliance gas safety devices and controls, ventilation requirements, emergency procedures and the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998.
On successful completion of the initial CCN1 assessment candidates will undertake assessments for the following appliance categories:
- CENWAT 1: Central Heating Boilers
- CPA 1: Combustion Performance Analysis (part of CCN1)
- CKR 1: Domestic Cookers
- HTR 1: Gas Fires and Wall Heaters
Assessments take the form of practical assessment and multiple choice question papers.
ACS Gas Certificates are valid for 5 years, on expiry candidates can undertake a re-assessment within 6 months of their certificate expiry date..
