
Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF)
There are two training funds available to support your organisation’s training needs. We can help you with the application process, which is very simple, quick and easy to complete. We can also help with your training plan and suggest some new innovative areas of training that might help support your business objectives.
As our customer, we start with your priorities and try to build training that suits the needs of your organisation and your staff.
The Funds
Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) – for UK apprenticeship Levy Payers
- £15,000 worth of training
- Can be used for any training for your workforce, except training that is a statutory requirement
- Applications need to be made by July 2021, training starts by August 2021 and be completed by March 2022
- Open to organisations in the private, public and third sectors
Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF) – for Small/Medium sized organisations
- £5,000 worth of training
- Can be used for any training for your workforce, except training that is a statutory requirement
- Applications need to be made by July 2021, training starts by August 2021 and be completed by March 2022. There are a limited number of these funds and therefore they are allocated on the basis of first applications
- Open to organisations in the private, public and third sectors with 250 employees or less.
