HND ACTING & PERFORMANCE
The HND Acting and Performance course is predominately practical.
You will train with expert teaching staff, delivering the necessary techniques and training needed to allow you to develop the disciplines required to become a fully rounded performer.
What you need to qualify for entry...
Entry is by audition only. Entry onto the course is based on the quality of performance and potential to develop on the course. The audition process will require you to take part in a group workshop session, which will involve a selection of acting exercises. You will also be asked to prepare two contrasting monologues. Further details about the audition process are available once interviews/auditions are arranged.
Higher English and/or Higher Drama are recommended but not essential.
Previous performance experience is preferred but not essential.
Course topics include subjects such as:
- Acting for Camera
- Creating Devised Theatre
- Graded Unit
- Production and more.
Full Time - 16 Hours per Week
2 Academic Years
August - June.
