I Have Accepted My Offer

You’ve accepted your offer — great news, and a big step towards starting your course at Glasgow Kelvin College.

This page will guide you through what happens next, including how we’ll stay in touch, what to expect in the lead-up to your start date, and how to make sure you don’t miss any important updates.

Keep an eye on your emails and your online account for the latest information — we’ll be in touch with everything you need as you get ready to begin your journey at Kelvin.

The next steps depend on whether your offer was conditional or unconditional.

If my offer is unconditional – if you receive your offer before May, you will be contacted in May with information on how to enrol. If you receive your offer after May you should be able to progress with your enrolment as soon as you have accepted your offer. Just log back into your online account to complete this.

If my offer is conditional – if you receive a conditional offer, please provide us with proof you have met these conditions at the earliest possible opportunity and we will update you offer status, once we have updated your status, please log in to your online account and complete your enrolment.

If you are required to wait until you receive your exam results in August, we will invite you to a confirmation day the day after the exam results are produced where we will be able to confirm that you have met your conditions, enabling you to proceed with your enrolment.

The College also holds welcome events over the summer period that you may be invited in to attend.

Online enrolment usually opens around about April/May.  

The College will send out an email nearer the time informing you that online enrolment is now available.
