About the Building Services Engineering Department

Building Services Engineering focuses on the systems that make buildings safe, comfortable and efficient, including heating, ventilation, electrical systems and energy management.

At Glasgow Kelvin College, our courses develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to work within modern building environments, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. You’ll learn how systems are designed, installed, maintained and improved to meet current industry standards.
