Our amazing Access Social Sciences class has been hard at work raising funds for Anthony Nolan, and their efforts have paid off! They raised an impressive £1,165 through their dedication and community spirit.
The fundraising activities took place at the Eastend Campus on 28th January, followed by a successful 10k sponsored walk on 4th February.
A special thanks goes to Josephine Smith’s husband, David, and son, Santino, who kindly joined the students at the campus to cheer them on and wave them off on their walk. Your support meant the world to them!
And of course, a huge shoutout to our lecturer, Jennifer McKay, for her unwavering support and guidance throughout their journey.
