Glasgow Kelvin College has launched its Strategic Plan 2030, setting out a clear vision for how the College will develop over the coming years and how priorities, decision-making and ways of working will continue to evolve.
The plan outlines the College’s long-term ambitions and the actions that will guide delivery across all areas, with a strong focus on supporting learners, colleagues and communities. Implementation of the strategy will take place in phases, with further updates shared over the coming months.
Central to the Strategic Plan are the College’s new Values, which reflect who Glasgow Kelvin College is, what it stands for, and how colleagues work together across teams and departments. These values will play a key role in shaping culture, practice and decision-making throughout the organisation.
Staff will have opportunities to explore the values in more detail, share ideas, and contribute to how they are embedded into everyday practice as the strategy is rolled out.
