✅ A keen interest in hospitality, events, or food production is essential.

✅ A positive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills will help you succeed in this practical course.

ℹ️ For this course, if English is not your first language

  • If you do not have a formal ESOL qualification but your language skills meet this level, you should apply for your course and then contact our Admissions team to organise an internal language assessment  here at the College.

Mohammad: Hi guys, my name is MJ and I'm back again.

My story is a little bit different. This course, I'm not doing it because I have to do it. I'm doing it because I want to do it. And I really enjoy doing it. It makes me feel like I'm following my dream.

My favorite thing about this course is that it teaches me how to make a lot of food, especially this one. Until I came from, I love cooking. I like to do it internationally. It teaches me a lot of things about safety and food hygiene. I want to show you about it. I want to teach you. Come look around.

This one is, what is it name? Parma ham and goats cheese. Amazing, come and have a look. Oh my god, that looks absolutely amazing.

This is what I am making. It's bread and butter pudding. It's dessert. Customers will love it because we put a lot of milk, a lot of cream. It's so nice.  .
