About the Business Admin Department

Within the Business and Administration department, we deliver a wide range of courses from SCQF Level 4 to SCQF Level 6 at our East End campus.

The Business and Administration courses evolve yearly to ensure the units delivered are relevant to Business and Administration requirements.

Past students have advanced their studies by attending Higher Education establishments for Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) studies. Universities such as Glasgow Caledonia University, Glasgow University, Strathclyde University and the University of the West of Scotland may consider SCQF Level 6 applicants for direct entry to year 1 courses.

Video Transcript – Kamil: NQ Business and Administration

Hello, my name is Kamil, and I am studying business in Glasgow Kelvin College.

I love to do spreadsheets. They're great to do. They're great fun. I love learning them.

The teachers are really, really nice, helpful.

I have just finished high school last year. I came to this college, and I loved it. I am able to go to the other college that's allowing me to go into the police courses, and I can't wait to help the society.

Thanks to all of my qualifications, I am set for life. I will be able to get into many courses. It would give me more confidence.

There's nothing to be afraid of. If you want to go to college, get qualifications, just go for it.
