We were pleased to welcome Anas Sarwar, Leader of the Scottish Labour Party, to Glasgow Kelvin College today as part of his Scottish election campaign visit.
During his time on campus, Mr Sarwar visited our Childcare, Hospitality and Barista training facilities, where he saw first-hand the practical, skills-based learning taking place across the College. He also spent time speaking with students and staff, hearing about their experiences and ambitions.
He also met with Principal and CEO Joanna Campbell and Chair of the Board Ian Patrick, discussing the important role colleges play in supporting learners, developing skills, and contributing to local communities.
