NEBOSH NATIONAL GENERAL CERTIFICATE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

Glasgow Kelvin College deliver the NEBOSH National General Certificate in association with NEBOSH Accredited Course Provider #807 Astutis Ltd

This course provides training on the most widely held health and safety qualification of its kind in the UK.  This course is suitable for managers, supervisors and staff from all types of organisations who make day to day decisions at work and require a broad understanding of health and safety issues to be able to be able to manage risks effectively.

The course syllabus includes:

  • Management of health and safety (Unit NGC1):
  • Controlling workplace hazards (Unit GC2):
  • Health and safety practical application (Unit GC3)

What you need to qualify for entry...

A good understanding of the English language is essential as the qualification includes the requirement to write a short report which must be in English.

We would also recommend the candidate has a background in Health & Safety.

Progression

Upon successful completion, candidates can progress on the NEBSOH Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
