Video Transcript – Seva: NQ Introduction to Sport & Fitness

My name is Seva and I study a level four Sport and Fitness course in Kelvin College.

I really enjoy how this course has both practical and theoretical aspects and teachers are very nice and supportive and knowledgeable.

Outside of college, I also do professional gymnastics taking part in different competitions. For example, now I'm preparing for Scottish Championships. I started when I was five.

All experience and knowledge that I get from this course also helps me with my gymnastics.

Next year I'm going to do fitness instructor and personal training course, which is new to this college. I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm originally from Ukraine, and I have done ESOL course here, and I was really enjoying it, and because of this, I decided to continue studying in Kelvin College. ESOL course really helped me with my English, so now I can study fitness and sport here.
